Information about Mail Order and Terms and Conditions

We send orders out from the farm twice a week on an overnight courier service. Your delivery should arrive within 3 working days of ordering. You will receive a confirmation email with an expected date of delivery and also a tracking number.


The couriers will deliver to addresses in mainland UK only. If the address is offshore but part of the UK then please contact us for a quote for delivery costs.

No signatures are currently required on delivery in but instructions must be given to us on how to deliver if no one is present at the delivery address. These instructions must be included when using the drop down box on the website when ordering. Please make instructions clear ie - leave in garage/porch. These instructions will be given to the courier. Any information of use can be helpful to ensure delivery.

What information we require and how we handle it.

We require from the buyer the name, address and email of the person responsible for buying the cider. A different delivery address may be used however the person paying and also the person receiving it must be over 18 years of age. If we have reason to believe the cider is being purchased for an individual under the age of 18 we will inform you of this information and will not send out the cider.

We do not provide your details to any third party or send you any marketing information from ourselves. Your information will be erased from our records after approximately 4 years.

Failed delivery

If the delivery fails and there is nobody to receive it and no safe place has been identified then the courier will try and leave a card. This card explains there has been a delivery attempt and the driver will attempt to deliver the next day. If this second delivery fails then the consignment will be taken back to the local courier depo and it is the reponsibility for the purchaser to contact the courier company. Arrangements can then be made then to organise a re delivery or collection by the customer. If there is no follow up by the customer then it will be returned to us.

If the delivery does not arrive on the expected day please use the tracking information provided on the confirmation email by going to the couriers website. The tracking number as well as the delivery postcode is required.

Please be aware that the tracking information will only be available the evening before the day of delivery.


Breakages

Breakages can occur when handling glass / liquid. If damage is identified during transit then the consignment will be returned to us and NOT to the customer. We will email the customer to inform you that a replacement is due to be sent out and the new delivery date.

Stock Availablity

Orders are subject to availability of stock. In some cases we need to make the product to order. The delivery date may be later than expected. We will inform you of the expected delivery date. In the unlikely event of the product being advertised on the website and we have no stocks then all money will be returned or a different delivery date can be arranged when / if the product becomes available.
